Dinner Goose - Hand Colored

By Monte Dolack

Size: Image 26" X 19" - Paper 28" x 22"
Edition size: 100
Year: 1985

This eight color stone lithograph, with additional hand coloring by the artist, was Monte's first lithograph and was done at Stonepress, Seattle, Washington, in 1985. It is part of Monte's Invader Series. In it, a mother goose and her goslings wreak havoc on a dinner table that looks like it's been set for a dinner party - white tablecloth, wine, flowers and candles.

A version of this image, reproduced from an oil painting that Monte created, is available as a notecard and poster.
